Interior size is 40m2 and balcony is10m2. It is located on floor: 1. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

Excellent location and comfortable stay - has everything you need to fully relax and enjoy the area
We loved the location close to the Golden cape forests and many different swimming areas by coast- excellent place for running. Compact little unit with everything you need for a great stay to self cater. Comfortable bed, cute balcony that always provided shade from sun. Lovely host.

Sehr schönes Apartment in toller Lage
Das Apartment hatte eine sehr gute Größe und war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Balkon war sehr groß und gut mit Markise beschattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Maja war perfekt. Die Lage des Apartments ist ideal, wenn man schnell am Strand sein will und ist von der Entfernung sowohl zur Altstadt als auch zum Klettergebiet auch perfekt. Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Rovinj kommen, nehmen wir sicher wieder dieses Apartment.

Perfect
Great location, near a lot of beaches and old town. The room is equipment in everything you need. There is even TV with netflix for the rainy days. Private parking next to room. The hosts arę cery helpful and kind.
I recommend it very much! :)

Schöner Urlaub - Unterkunft entsprach unseren Erwartungen
Sehr gute Lage, Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar und mehrere Strände gut erreichbar. Kleines Appartment im Erdgeschoß mit kleiner Küche (gut ausgestattet) und kleinem Badezimmer.

Također osiguran je parking.

Sehr gute Lage
Studio ist sehr sauber, Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, sehr ruhige Lage, 5 Minuten zum Strand zu Fuß, Stadtzenrum auch nicht weit entfernt. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden, sowie Platz für den Fahrad.

Studio bien placé pour aller a pied à la plage en 10 mn et au centre ville en 15 mn
Mobilier simple mais en bon état,

On a un peu chaud dans la pièce principale (la chambre) car le seul climatiseur est bizarrement installé dans l’entrée donc l’air frais doit passer par le couloir …

It was the best vacation in the last 5 years!
The host was very pleasant and helpfull, always available.
The appartment matched with ehat we have booked, very clean and having all necessities covered (AC, Fridge, TV, Internet, nice balcony, etc.)
We definitely recommend and will go back.

Summer holiday in Rovinj
The property was great, very clean and fit for a couple. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location, 5-6 minutes walking distance from the beach, 10 minutes from the old town and about 5 minutes walk from the supermarket. We had private parking in front of our apartment. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Crystal clear Adriatic sea and pinewood forests make air smell so intoxicating all around Golden Cape, we will never forget that bliss. We are definitely looking forward to come again in the future!
