In the most elite part of Rovinj, near the marina and the luxurious Rovinj Hotel Riviera, is located this luxury 5-star villa - Villa Mademoiselle,
It is a villa of avant-garde architectural design, often published and awarded in professional magazines, unusual crystal forms, the perfect combination of style, harmony and sensuality. The exterior and interior of the house are in perfect harmony and form a uniform whole, which provides its guests with an unusual feeling of comfort and unity, but most importantly - complete privacy.
It has an area of 400 m2 and consists of a lower floor, ground floor and first floor,.
The entrance to the house is a magnificent elliptical staircase made of white stone and black, elegant iron railings art-deco style, which with these black and white colors discreetly hints at Coco Channel style and atmosphere of the whole house, which is why the villa got its name. By the way, the entire height of the staircase is dominated by mirrors, which reflect light installations in the form of spheres and ellipses, which is especially attractive at night and which gives the whole space a new dimension.
From this entrance there is direct access to the living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen, with the whole ground floor with large sliding glass walls connected to the pool and terrace, which with its contents extends the living room and expands this living space during the warmer months.
This outdoor space invites sincere relaxation and enjoyment with direct access to the pool with sun loungers, but there is also an outdoor dining area, so you can enjoy your meals in peace and outside. There are comfortable sets by the pool, which are used for reading and relaxing during the day and in warm evenings, after a pleasant dinner they make a corner where with a lighted pool, discreet music, candle smell (and maybe a nice cigar ), you can quietly bring in your chosen company day end.
Also on the ground floor are a hallway, guest toilet, bedroom with private bathroom, and a library and multimedia space, where even the youngest can find their own space to play and relax.
Each of these rooms can be independent, but the special feature is that they all communicate with each other and can be a unique whole.
The lower floor is an integral part of the villa, with a kitchen, tavern and wine shop to enjoy warm evenings, with the possibility of organizing house parties and tastings of fine wines. It offers a wellness area with a sauna, a bedroom with a TV and a bathroom, with direct access to a private small sun deck, and fitness equipment is available.
