“Peter and Jane are terrific hosts of a beautiful spot on the lake. We did all the things. We hiked Mt. Blue to the top. We peddled the boat out onto the lake. We watched the sunrise and sunset on the screened in porch. We made fires and roasted marshmallows. We had a terrifically beautiful family vacation at this perfect little cottage on the lake.”

We loved the open concept and close proximity to downtown Bethel. The fenced-in yard was so convenient for the dogs. Hosts Adam and Suz were great, responsive and helpful. We would stay again!”

“The property was very nice, spacious. I feel it was a bit pricy for 1 night and also being charged a cleaning fee yet asked to take out trash and do dishes before checkout. Other than that our experience was very comfortable. ”

“This place was awesome! Cool rustic cabin with modern upgrades and add ons. The rustic feel to the original cabin made the experience very unique and the added on bedrooms were extremely comfortable. There is another separate cabin which was a great place to hang out, get some work done, or relax with an evening cocktail. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.”

“We loved our time in Rangeley! The house was wonderful—lots of space for our family five to spread out during our month long stay. The kitchen had all the dishes and pans we could need, we loved hours of games and puzzles at the kitchen table, and sitting and reading every night. We were looking for a place to unplug and disconnect and this was perfect! We loved swimming at the lake in town, checking out the library, exploring the restaurants, shops and gallery’s as well as hiking and……

“Overall awesome stay! The house was clean with all the amenities you could need in the kitchen, for the TV, towels, etc. Great interior vibe. Fireplace and all appliances worked well. The host made checking in very easy and shared all information needed for the property. The only surprise is that the twin bed (bunk) is shorter than average but not an issue for shorter people/kids. “We only had a very brief stay, alas, but made the most of the opportunity as best we could. A few updates are needed with the introductory welcome materials and equipment information that will be easy but useful to correct. Glad we had a chance to pause in western Maine, with a view of close mountains and the distant Presidential Range in NH. A couple of kitchen tweaks will be helpful for our cooking happy selves, though we enjoyed the spacious kitchen with adequate equipment, beautiful place……

“We booked a beautiful 3 bedroom cabin that had everything we needed. Our stay was very quiet. We were able to go on walks. We used the pool a few times. Very friendly and helpful staff! There’s a grocery store and gas station VERY close. ”
