"Room was very distracting. Could not stop blinking lite on phone. Called desk no messages but light continued. Told the desk and they said no messages but still light continued, ended up checking out a day early with no sleep forfeiting my room. Worst stay anywhere in 71 years. Will not stay again Not a bit of rest and that's all I wanted for A couple of days."

"I enjoy my stay at the Wilshire. I have stayed there in the past and unfortunately I believe that the hotel is declining in maintenance. The room that I stayed air conditioning made squeaking and clanking sounds all night. Even when I turn the heat on the system continued to make noises me from being able to use it during my sleep. I used the cleaning service so the staff very much of this issue. But they probably don't consider it to be an issue because the system but again without putting ear clog and it was really hard to rest."

"The front desk staff was kind and courteous and very helpful to me, however i felt charging for parking was insane. I definitely wasn't expecting that. My room was clean but seemed dated and while the bathroom was clean, the tub looked like it needed to be replace as it was very stained. "

"We had a really excellent experience. The hotel is very close to the airport and we only had to wait ten minutes or so for the free shuttle. And we were able to easily reserve the shuttle again at a specific time for our trip back to the airport the day after. The room was quiet and clean, even though it was partly facing the highway--extra thick windows and an extra cabinet door in front of the fridge. The staff was friendly and knowlegeable--recommended a good delivery pizza place nearby. Breakfast was great and all the areas were very clean. We would have liked to use the gym but didn't have time. Maybe on our next visit!"

"Was unable to check in due to expired ID. Wayne laws are strict. Had to make emergency reservation at another hotel. I am an 83 year old senior who is technically homeless and live on social security. I have to move frequently due to hotel policies. This causes aggravation to physical problems. If Expedia paid you, then I deserve to be reimbursed. The monies were withheld from my account and if I am not reimbursed, I'll be living on the street."

"I could not say more about the wonderful, kind friendly staff! Everyone was so lovely! The room is super clean! Simple but wonderful "
