“We have stayed in this hotel for two nights. The overall experience is very good and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is located near to an underground station and it is very convenient to travel. There is free parking for us to park our car. When we first arrived, we are impressed by the warm welcome of the staff and the user-friendly design of the facilities. The quality of the breakfast is good and we enjoyed very much. ”

“Stayed here as my little girl played at the hive and we needed somewhere close by. Parked on the drive way right outside the door, keys were in a key safe and details were sent on the day how to get in the safe. The hallway as you enter is spotless, as was our room, tea, coffee, water and a fridge in the room. Very pleasant place to stay, paid £60 for a Wednesday night, knowing what i know now i think it's a bargain. Highly recommended. ”

“When we arrived, we were given a studio room instead of the one-bedroom apartment I had booked. The receptionist told us to contact the booking platform. I reached out to the online customer service, and Mary Ann M. was assigned to assist me. However, she couldn’t reach the local property. It took forever to sort out the problem. I asked for a phone number to call because the online chat was too inefficient. She gave me a U.S. number, so I made an international call — but it turned out to be……

“The room was clean and had everything that was needed for a few days. The TV, kitchen and bathroom were great. The bed was very soft and not very comfy. Check in was a bit of a worry as they do ask you for a deposit of £50 and don't give the access codes until that was done. I arrived after 6pm and there was no-one there so it created a bit of a panic until I managed to get a reply and they gave me the codes. Overall the room was pleasant and within easy walking distance of Golders Green Tube……

“Absolutely would not recommend. I arrived late at night with a confirmed booking and was then told over WhatsApp that I needed to send an extra £50 deposit plus around £40 in fees before they would even let me into the property. None of this was clearly stated on the booking site beforehand. What made it worse was that they refused to let me come inside and pay there. As a solo female traveller, being left outside at night in the cold being asked to transfer money over WhatsApp felt extremely……
