「Room was clean enough except for the spa bath which was filthy, and mould in the shower. I booked a 'king bed with sofa bed' - no linen for the sofa bed. When I enquired, it would be supplied with an extra charge. I could've booked a king bed room for much less than what I paid. Gardens desperately need tending. Daily servicing meant only fresh towels were supplied. No toilet paper, tea, coffee. Washing machine in the laundry didn't work. TV didn't work properly. Not enough cutlery -...

「 The apartment hotel is new and the room facilities is good. The emnities can use some improvement but good in terms of a service apartment. The location is excellent for what it is. Most of the interaction we had with staff are postive and friendly. However the communication especially around room service/cleaning could be clearer and some of the request we had didn't go through. 「No lift so you have to walk one stair with your luggage. Bar downstairs so there will be some noise but still acceptable. Room is tidy but there're few red spot (looks like dried blood) on bed sheet, wondering if they changed it every time. They credit your credit card for deposit but debit if afterward, they should void it instead cause there are charges from bank!! Free car park for customers.」
