「Clean and nice room. Loved the location and the bar on the 1st floor! We had brunch and a drink at the restaurant on the top floor. It was an enjoyable stay and easy to navigate in Dublin. 」

「Breakfast good, bar area good. Room were comfortable, with nice renovations to bathroom. Good water pressure and hot water. Hallways were a bit old and tired, shifty floors. Lots of steps to entry/exit not ideal for large luggage.」

「The entire Number 31 team was excellent and the hotel was beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights (we had to extend our stay by a night and were able to do so easily) and the nights we were there we had the most restful sleep. The breakfasts in the morning were something to look forward to, and the common spaces were beautiful and comfortable. And the staff went above and beyond to make our time in Dublin great. Thank you!」

「Loved the stay here! We had a very long overnight flight, and took the bus and walked to the hotel. It was easy to find and at the end of a little neighborhood with pubs, shops, and a Dunes grocery store perfect for any snacks or drinks you may need during your stay. The location is GREAT! very close to Temple Bar. Trinity college, St stephen's green, and Grafton Street shopping. Major thank you to Leslie who greeted us with such enthusiasm and was able to accommodate us in a room already...

「The hotel and room were clean and very nice. However, the hotel is directly across from nightclubs that are noisy until the wee hours (past 4am). The a/c did not work, it blew only warm air which additionally was very irritating to my throat. So we had to open the window, resulting in a very noisy and unpleasant night. The woman at the front desk was completely indifferent- she didn’t really even listen or appreciate what had happened. This was the absolute worst night of our stay in Dublin....
