"Breakfast was fresh and good "

"Everything was great at this hotel. My only concern was that we were on the side of the hotel that faces the street and it got quite noisy early in the morning."

"We stayed here for 5 nights and would have stayed longer if we didn’t have prior commitments. There is only good thing to say about this place and the host.The place was spotless, spacious and felt like home.The extra care and attention to details was far beyond our expectations. We don’t think there was anything that Nicki didn’t think of to make our stay absolutely perfect.From providing yummy homemade sourdough bread and blueberry jam to being there so promptly when we had a concern or needed a question answered.We definitely recommend this place and we will be back in the future."

"Lack of maintenance"

"we stayed 3 nights and there was 3 adults and 3 kids plus a baby and we had plenty of room, we were even offered a playpen that worked perfectly for baby.the only thing i could say regarding kids, there is no yard for them to play in however, there is a huge park minutes from the house that we took them to so they could burn some energy off, otherwise a good idea to take things to occupy kids in the house.there is a small hot tub that was great! also a fire pit however, we did not use it."

"Hot tub would not get hot, property manager was not responsive with solutions on that and other items we inquired about before and during the stay (like confirming if there was coffee at the property or if we needed to buy our own - things that can easily be listed) and lack of towels. "

"Honest review: The pictures make the house look bigger than it actually is. The master bedroom was blocked off, which felt a bit ridiculous given the price we paid. The only way to access the property was through a coded entry that opens directly into a bedroom, which was unusual. The blinds were also tricky—especially for what appears to be a luxury property, you’d expect them to be easier to operate. The beds were not very comfortable, and there were quite a few rules introduced after the booking was made. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price we paid. That said, the pool, hot tub, neighborhood, and views were all 5 stars. Everything else was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, I’d rate it 3/5."

"The host canceled a day before our check-in. He only let us know he cancelled after I messaged him to ask for check-in instructions. It was incredibly frustrating and unreliable."
