「Don't book here. The front desk reception, Ray in particular, is supposed to be the first point of contact to welcome you to the hotel and set the tone. Instead we got a rude greeting, followed up by the hotel not having the crib ready (it was requested in advance). Then when the crib was delivered it was with dirty sheets and not comfortable. 「Our room was clean and spacious. We traveled with 4 other families and no one had complaints about their rooms. The front desk staff and pool/beach staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a nice stay, but the amenities are not big enough to serve a full hotel. We were there during spring break and pool chairs were at a premium. I didn’t sit in a lounger the entire week at either pool bc if you didn’t save them at 10am you were out of luck. I don’t know that they have a way to solve...
