「Decent place for a very short stay. Amenities look pretty old and worn out (our heater was visibly rusting). The staff are not always present especially after 8pm so if you have a problem, there’s no one to talk to. The hotel is in a sort of industrial area so not there’s no much to do/see in walking distance but it’s not to far from the city centre(15 mins bus ride from gare du midi). Overall decent place.」

「Oh, what a lovely little gem this hotel is! Tucked away in a peaceful corner of bustling Brussels, Belgium, it’s just perfect – close enough to the city center to be convenient, yet blissfully quiet and cozy. 「We booked a deluxe double and it’s on the top floor. The room is spacious, clean, seems newly renovated with great comfy queen size bed. The hotel is located in close proximity to many attractions such as Grand Place, Mon de Arts, Museums, Cathedral and heaps of eateries and shops around. The hotel staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. We had a great stay here and will definitely come back in our future Brussel trip.」

「Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.」
