“The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. However, the sink in the bathroom was the smallest we’ve ever encountered in any hotel, making it very inconvenient to use. During our stay, there was a fire alarm, and all guests had to quickly evacuate downstairs. What felt unusual, though, was the absence of any staff at reception or around the property during the emergency. Overall, we were satisfied with our one-night stay, but we’d likely choose somewhere else for a longer……

“We had a good stay at the Flounders Lane Apartment. The only downside to our stay would be the lack of comfortable seating for a family of 4. There is only one small 3 seater couch, so one of us always had to sit on the floor or in a dinning table chair. I would also recommend watching the parking instruction video before you park.”

“The security system of the carpark is excellent. The staff of the reception are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for their services. The kitchen of he room is excellent with full equipment provided. The laundry not only with washing machine but also drying machine. Very considerable thinking by designing the room. However, the whole room have only one air conditioner inside living room, the two bedrooms have no individual air conditioner by means that you cannot close the door of your bedroom……

“Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place.”

“My family got upgraded from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom apartment. It was such a nice penthouse apartment and we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back to stay if we visited Canberra again!”
