Nice overnight stop

Good position and ok for overnight stop. Room a bit small but clean & comfortable bed. Decoration a bit quirky & retro but good facilities, shower etc. good location. Parking a bit of a lottery as only 11/2 hrs at a time next to hotel.

Enjoyed all but beds.

Very nice room. Completely refurbished with a very nice bathroom. Sadly the beds were very hard and not comfortable. The location of the hotel was great for visiting the sea front and local restaurants etc. Great breakfast.

Very nice room with a balcony. The shower and bathroom was excellent as was the bed, also nice to have air-con Staff were polite and helpful. Free Public Parking was in front of the hotel, it was sometimes very busy and difficult to find a spot but as we didn't use the car often wasn't a real issue as there were plenty of free spaces after day-trippers whent home. Close to the beach and local shops and about a 20 min walk to the fantastic fresh food market. We would use again

The people in the hotel were very kind, but we had bad weather and could not go anywhere. Our bedroom and bathroom were very small and no-one came to make the bed or clean the room during the day. We are over 80 years old and had to get to the 5th floor with difficulty. We would not go back.

Très bonne etape pour un week-end

Emplacement ideal en plein Royan. Bonne insonorisation. Terrase agreable avec vue sur le port. Literie convenable. Climatisation un peu bruyante. Salle d'eau moyenne avec bruit evacuation de l'eau de ceux de l'etage du dessus. Craquement du parquet en marchant la nuit. Petit dejeuner correct. Personnel sympathique et de bons conseils.

Hotel tres bien

Hotel bien situé, tres propre. Chambre pas tres grande mais pourvue d un balcon avec table et chaise donc tres agréable. Tres bon accueil et un petit dejeuner tres bien et tres varié avec de bons produits . Tout etait parfait .

Hôtel bien placé sur front de mer, mais aucun parking privatif (stationnement payant du lundi au samedi) - travaux sur front de mer. Chambre bruyante: colonne d'aération du bâtiment d'à côté dont ventilateur qui se met en route dans la nuit. Insonorisation entre chambres inexistante: vous pouvez aisément suivre la conversation des voisins et Vice Versa. Installation et équipements vieillissant, propreté à revoir: traces de saleté sur les interrupteurs, tâches de peinture sur le sol, matelas vieillissant, ascenseur minuscule (1 personne ou 2 sans bagages) et vieux. Point+: petit déjeuner correct - wifi ok.

Très mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. Eau chaude à fond pour avoir un soupçon d’eau tiède… Barre de douche cassée! Le prix n’est clairement pas en adéquation avec les critères de l’hôtel.
