A few minutes' walk from the beach of Pontaillac, Villa Les Pins welcomes you to one of the most sought-after areas of Royan. Completely redesigned by a local architect, this 160 m² house combines contemporary lines, high-end materials and true privacy.

The heart of the villa is its large, bright air-conditioned living room of 65 m², with equipped kitchen and marble island. It opens onto a south-west facing terrace, ideal for sunset dinners, and a salt pool heated to 28 °C in season, surrounded by a landscaped garden.

On the night side, three bedrooms accommodate up to six people, each with its own bathroom and premium bedding. The Ocean Suite, master bedroom, opens onto a balcony facing the pine forest; the Corniche Suite, quieter on the garden side, has a marble bathroom with walk-in shower; the Pine Grove Suite, with its two single beds, is perfect for children or friends.PGJyPg�PGJyPgEverything is provided for a stress-free stay: fibre Wi-Fi and workspace, private parking, washing machine, outdoor shower on return from the beach. Your pets are welcome.

You leave the car in the garage: the beach and cycle paths are 350 m away, the casino, restaurants and shops are a 4-minute walk away, and the centre of Royan with its covered market is 5 minutes away. The forest of La Coubre and the zoo of La Palmyre can be reached in 20 minutes.
