"When we arrived, we discovered what appeared to be blood smeared on the bedroom wall, acrylic fingernails in the bedsheets, & bloody items under the bed. We brought this to management’s attention by email and in person. We were assured that the flat would be cleaned, but the flat was never cleaned or visited again during our stay.
