「This is a newer hotel so overall it’s clean and looks good. Bad part - when we tried to check in their systems were down so they couldn’t give us key cards and we had to wait for someone to walk us to our room. If we left we had to get them to let us back in. That was fixed the next day. When we got in our room the toilet had a slow leak under the toilet. We called down and were told they have no maintenance people until Monday. This was Friday. 「Parking was limited. Often people double parked over lines didn’t allow others to park. The hotel seemed dated and needed carpet cleaning and shelving and cabinets replaced. Windows were clouded white . The elevator arrived with an extreme thud both rising and downward. I reported the parking issue and the clerk looked at me like I was out of my mind and didn’t say a word.」

「We found bed bugs in our room, the bathroom was filthy. The older gentleman that checked us in was kind and helpful, the man that checked us out was not. One of the staff was also playing with a tennis ball in the parking lot and loitering around, he ended up hitting our car with the ball. We checked out early and were not able to get a refund.」

「Terrible . We find a leftover fish in the microwave and a hoodie in the bathroom . Not to mention unclean tub and rug. You deserve something better .I Sleep without shower and with my clothes on.」

「A beautiful spot in a lush park. The building is charming and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were so unfriendly--kept us waiting for 5 minutes even though no one else was there, did not make eye contact or smile or apologize for the wait--that this inhospitality marred the visit.」

「Room was mostly clean few cobwebs in corner. Smell of smoke is rough even as a smoker. Note NO POOL NO HOT TUB per family in area for years it’s been in maintenance. Casino is nice well maintained but do not even think that your upgrade request they send you and advise is accepted will actually be honored on arrival. The staff will treat you like the biggest inconvenience for even calling to ask why your approved by their property request was not honored. Told well you booked through outside...

「Beautiful property and extra clean room. The only thing that wasn’t great was the hot water. If you turned it up it went to a drizzle, you had to turn it colder to get the water to come back out normally. That was the only annoyance while there.」
