「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「I’ve stayed in other budget IBIS hotels but this was particularly nice. Lovely area to relax close to the lobby, can fill a water bottle, play pool, relax in surroundings that are relaxing colours. No restaurant, just a vending machine. But there are restaurants that are walkable. City centre can be reached by metro which is a ten minute walk away. 」

「酒店位於中心地帶，方便逛街，晚上教堂有光影show，很好。但住宿一般原因是沒冷氣。 Coz my own careless, i think it has the A/C, but it hasn't. So we need to open the window and use the fan provided by the Hotel. But the people in the public area chat loud until midnight. So, not sleep well. Besides that, it's good.」

「Excellent séjour avec un personnel très professionnel et très agréable malgré une surcharge de travail ( groupe de 53 clients au restaurant en plus des clents" normaux" de l'hôtel avec seulement 3 serveurs pour faire face ! Et on n'a pas attendu ! Petit bemol corrigé en demandant à l'accueil : pas de savon ni gel douche dans la chambre. 」

「A comfortable modern hotel with excellent staff and dog friendly. We were impressed by the helpful receptionist at check in who volunteered to carry our luggage from our car to our room. Our dog was welcome in both bar and restaurant. There was ample surface parking. Breakfast was good but we were not impressed by the food served when we ate dinner in the restaurant. It was just O.K. but did not match the standard of the rest of the hotel. On the whole this was a very nice hotel and we would...

「Won’t recommend. Dinner standard floated every night. Pre-ordered dinner online is even more expensive than the price on the menu. Tennis court facility broken. Don’t even provide you with the indoor sneakers. Central air conditioning makes your room way too hot every night. Totally disappointed.」

「Comfortable bed, clean, adequate size room for two people, quiet area, and easy access to the city by public transport. Free parking is adjacent to the hotel. No fridge in the room. No kettle. You have to pay for tea and coffee which are available at the foyer. 」
