「非常失望的住宿體驗。 我們於 8 月 31 日晚上約 22:00 抵達，入住後不到一小時便因實際住宿環境不適合而離開，從未在此過夜，後續四晚也完全沒有使用。 實際房間與照片給人的印象有明顯落差。房間昏暗、狹小，格局也很不理想。房內沒有空調，只有一個小風扇，但風扇運轉時噪音很明顯。房間整體非常不通風，空氣很悶；但如果開窗，又會聽到車輛加速及引擎聲，因此很難在房內安靜休息，根本無法好好睡覺。浴室非常小，就在床頭旁邊，通風效果也不佳，窗簾的遮光效果也不足。 房間整體維護狀況令人失望：沙發老舊且有污漬，洗手台下方的櫃子及抽屜明顯損壞、磨損嚴重，浴室地板有明顯污漬及水痕。浴巾也相當薄且老舊，整體清潔與維護品質都不佳。 最令人失望的是問題處理方式。我們在離開住宿的當下就立即向 Bob W 及 Expedia 反映，並多次聯絡尋求協助，但問題始終沒有得到任何實際處理或解決。 Expedia 後來甚至告知我們住宿方表示「沒有相關紀錄」，而 Expedia...

「Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up.
