Selçuk Ruins of an Old Hamam Hotels

"This is a wonderful boutique hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful (even if I didn't speak Turkish). The room was clean and nicely decorated. The shower is new and modern. The entire property is well maintained & it is clear they took pride in making it beautiful. The breakfast is included at the price of the room and it was.great. They had a cold buffet and you could order hot items if you'd like (eggs...). There was an outside pool, but it was too cold to try it out."

"Our stay at Akanthus was marvellous from the beginning to the end. We felt very much at home. The two owners were very friendly and helpful. Their suggestions on restaurants and sightseeing really gave an extra authentic experience to our visit. The hotel itself was exceptionally designed and very well thought out. Our room was the best in the whole hotel. If you are planning on going to Selçuk you MUST stay there, if not you are missing out on a wonderful hotel."

"Good breakfast and the owner was very helpful. Our tour's pickup time was at 8 AM and he served our breakfast at 7 AM instead of 8:30AM the usual time. We communicate through Whatsapp and he responded quickly. The room is big, nice and clean just as the picture showed in Expedia. He has a pizza place in front of the St John Church. We ate dinner on his rooftop restaurant with a beautiful scenery."

The host Mr Alder and the lovely grandma In the kitchen ensure your served the best homemade breakfast each day. Rooms are spacious and super clean .the hotel itself is very traditional and reflects the selcuk culture and history. A beautiful stay deserving 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. "Over several years I am a returning customer and I absolutely love the staff at this hotel which is in the center of everything!! Highly recommending Ephesus Centrum for all visitors to this historic city so near to Ephesus and the Virgin Mary house. "

"The staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful, not to mention a free room upgrade! Food and coffee at their rooftop restaurant were also brilliant. It’s located near the town centre and an easy 45 minute walk away from Ephesus/5 minute drive. When I first arrived, it was a little confusing to find somewhere to park, but once the staff gave me some advice it wasn’t an issue at all. One thing to note if you’re a light sleeper is that there a few stray dogs in the area that are particularly noisy at night (but was not an issue for me personally). Overall, great value for money. Thanks so much to the team, I had a very comfortable stay ! "
