「This is a fairly new hotel and it is working out the 'new procedures' and doing quite well. Our room had a glitch in the air-conditioning system that the staff worked diligently to fix. They offered a different room but eventually came up with an acceptable solution. It's location 15 minutes from the airport and the shuttle service availability was a plus. Nearby were several dining options as well as 'quick shops for those just in case needs. I would stay here again!」

「An unexpected upgrade was a delight. The room was amazing. Wall length desk. Couch and chairs. Refrigerator. Large video screen. Jacuzzi!! Walk in shower. Temperature control kept the room at selected ambiance by Bluetooth! Tech was great. Had dinner and was impressed with the kind service. No wine, so we went across the street to a beat western restaurant. They arranged transfer from airport and back again. Nice!」

「This hotel provided an excellent service. We got picked up when our plane arrived and dropped off when we were leaving Turkey. I was able to stay connected with the hotel staff via WhatsApp, they responded promptly to every message of mine. We were offered a wonderful opportunity to go to Hagia Sophia by using the hotel shuttle service for 100 euro which covered the round trip. The staff was super helpful, offering us complimentary bottles of water. The room was clean, they provided everything...

「It is very convenient if you are coming for the exhibition near by ,besides restaurant in hotel and opposite hotel , there is also a hidden bridge to the Airport shopping area which is just about 15 minutes walk. Strongly recommend if you are coming for a show.」

「* Very low efficiency * house keeping staff ignored the do not disturb, knocked aggressively at 9am and then stood outside door laughing. * the same member of staff was listening into the room and laughing. This was seen by me via the rooms peaking hole. * room service called at 3am and didn’t speak on the line * orders took too long * for an international hotel with high volume tourists English levels were very low to the point where the phrase “pot of tea” was not understood.」

「Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Das Bett war angehnem.Die Schallisolierung war nicht so gut wie erhofft. Es gab keine Möglichkeit zu frühstücken da auch das Café gegenüber geschlossen hatte. Das Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich. Aber was mich sehr geärgert hat war das versucht wurde mir eine zweite Nacht zu berechnen obwohl alles bereits im Vorfeld bezahlt war. Ich hatte vom 22.-24.5 gebucht. Ich kam in der ersten Nacht erst um ca 2 Uhr an. Ich war nur einen Tag da wegen eines Konzerts....
