“The studio was small but comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent: just a block from Rockaway Beach, close to great restaurants, and convenient to the S train. “I booked last minute with Dan and I’m so glad I did! The cottage was very cute and perfect for me and my friends. It was just a short walk to the beautiful downtown as well as beach. Dan was also extremely responsive which was also awesome. I will definitely be back!!”

“Absolutely wonderful location! My son loved it!! This place is MORE than enough for a few days trip! Amazing location right next to not only the beach but everything is within walking distance. “Great small place to stay if all you care about is the beach. That is what I was looking for and so I was very happy. The rooms are very small and the walls are thin. But I was okay with that. My only complaint that Echoes others is that the shower was lukewarm at best. But it's safe enough clean enough quiet enough etc.”

“We had a great stay at the High Tide for our family of 4, just a few minutes walking distance from popular Beach 98. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained. Great communication from management. There is a ton of great food spots all over Rockaway Beach and the High Tide is close to many of them (recommend Uma's, Claudette, Roasters, Bungalow Bar, Tacoway Beach, the decadent frozen pina colada at Connelly's, and pretty much everything at Beach 98 and Beach 105). “A wonderful house in a fantastic location in Ocean Grove. we had about 16 people and everyone had plenty of room. i would update the kitchen pots and pans but that is really the only thing i would change. Fabulous shoprite not too far away and we enjoyed tino’s pizza one night. we really loved the house- thank you!There was no laundry detergent- tried to start a load of towels and sheets when I saw the container was empty. ”
