"Had an amazing stay here for a relaxing getaway. The resort has a really peaceful atmosphere with beautiful lake and mountain views. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, especially with the colder weather outside. Staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. The location is perfect since you’re close to the village, restaurants, and lake activities, but it still feels quiet and relaxing. The spa and hot tub really helped us unwind and disconnect from the stress of everyday life. Overall, it was exactly the kind of reset trip we were looking for and we’d definitely come back again."

"Stayed here about two months ago and wanted to share our experience. During the night we heard scratching and gnawing sounds coming from under the refrigerator for several hours, which made it clear there was a rodent in the room and made it very difficult to sleep. In the morning, we moved the refrigerator and found a hole in the floor along with rat droppings underneath. We documented everything and reported it to the front desk at checkout. We were given contact information for management but never received a response despite following up. The property itself has a nice concept, but this was a serious health and safety concern and the lack of response afterward was disappointing."

"La limpieza al cuarto dio mucho de qué hablar en mi segundo día en la estancia considerando que sería mi tercera noche pedí que se hiciera mi cuarto, todo el día estuve fuera y cuando regresé esperaba ver mi cuarto ya limpio, pero Noo solo encontré que sacaron las basuras y las toallas limpias nomas aventadas en el baño ósea ni siquiera se tomaron el tiempo de acomodarlas y la cama no la hicieron. Realmente no me volvería a quedar en este hotel."

"I love this place. It’s like a beautifully kept little castle in the middle of the city. The room was spotless.The grounds are gorgeous. The pool is in the courtyard surrounded by plantings that are well maintained. I highly recommend Ayres Hotel."
