"This home is beautiful and so very comfortable. There were 8 of us and everyone had a space for relaxing and sleeping. The property offers lots of activities and we took advantage. My husband was especially excited about the really large TVs and it made watching the World Cup matches a lot more enjoyable. It was a wonderful experience and thank you for making our family vacation memorable. We’re definitely planning a return visit next summer."

"Only real downside was there weren’t any side tables in our room. We had a luggage rack and a small shelf which was an inconvenience. The property was beautiful and really interesting piece of historic Cotter, Arkansas. Would stay again in a different room."

"The property was quiet and well off the beaten path next to a creek that was flowing. Internet/GPS directions weren't good, but Steve reached out to us while we were traveling to get us there. With his directions it was easy. You have to cross the creek to get to the property but that wasn't a problem. We weren't there a lot since we went up to do some hiking, but it had what we needed for our stay. I would recommend the property, and Steve was a great host."

"This home was so beautiful. The design is unique and we may never get the opportunity to stay somewhere like this again so we thoroughly enjoyed it! We loved the decor and that bathroom is incredible! We went canoeing on the river and went on a couple of hikes to some waterfalls then drove on some scenic views of the beautiful state!"
