“Cozy, clean and well located, short walk to Charlotte Lake Ontario Park. Great area for dog walking with views of lake. Rental was on second floor. Windows on three sides made it very bright. Small but layout and furnishing were attractive and well thought out. Generous sized kitchen. Helpful but unobtrusive host. I'm looking forward to staying again.”

“We came as a group of family and friends to observe the eclipse. We wanted plenty of space and proximity to other things to do, like hiking and the winery. This fit the bill and was quite affordable too. In addition to enjoying the property, we drove to Letchworth State Park, which’s was only 45 mins away abs very worthwhile. We loved the (steep) hike down to hemlock lake, and the short walk to Oh-Neh-Da Winery too. It was a great home base for our long weekend.”

“The property was as described online. There are a lot stairs to climb; therefore, those with walking challenges may have a difficult time entering and leaving the property. The property is beautiful and perfectly located so as to get to anywhere in the city within 15+ minutes. We were very pleased!”

“Property was as described except it states there is a spacious deck which there is not. Also wish the fire pit was closer to house. Neither were a big deal as the weather wasn't great so we didn't spend much time outside. Could use a little more lighting outside as its very dark and a little more seating in main living area for guests. The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed it very much. Fit 6 adults comfortably. Upstairs is very spacious and lots of beds for sleeping. Overall would stay there……

“WOW! The pictures do not do this property justice- it really is so beautiful. I stayed with a group of 15 for my friend's Bachelorette celebration and this house had enough beds, bathrooms, and amenities to make the weekend spectacular. The booking process was easy and everyone at Lupton was extremely friendly and kind- especially Kailey who provided suggestions and was incredible throughout the whole process!
