“These hosts thought of absolutely everything! We truly felt like family. Being right on the lake allowed for relaxing views, family recreation (paddle boat for us….but could have chosen canoe, kayak, paddle board and more), and simply peace and tranquility! I have stayed in 10-15 VBRO homes to date and this was by far the best!!!!!”

“This was a great place with plenty of room. The amenities were excellent. We really enjoyed the coffee bar and the shower experience! We didn't even have time to use the hot tub or outdoor spaces that are thoughtfully set up. There were options for kids, the theater room was super cute, and we comfortably prepared and served dinner for our large family. Our only regret is not finding this excellent value, just 20 minutes from Houghton College, sooner!”

“We loved our stay at this rental. We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. Was just a little to small for 2 people.”

“My family and I stayed with this host during the 2024 solar eclipse (which happened to be my daughter’s birthday)! We had an absolutely fantastic day. My daughters and their cousins loved going to the barn and visiting the animals – especially the barn cats! The hosts have really thought of everything. Traveling with a five year-old and a two year-old is never easy, but all the thoughtful family touches some much needed help during our trip. Thank you again, we would 100% recommend this property……

All amenities were in working order and the house was stocked with everything you needed. The deck area is situated to host a large group comfortably and all furniture is modern and comfortable. “We stayed here mostly to see the eclipse. Unfortunately Mother Nature did not cooperate. Property is well maintained and has all the basic needs. Pool, sauna, hot tub and jacuzzis were appreciated after days spent at Niagara Falls and Letchworth park. House layout is a little quirky, but no big deal. Trail ride at the horse farm was very enjoyable.”

“The property was a wonderful place to get away and relax. Our dogs were able to run off leash for their first time. They swam in the pond and we hiked in the woods behind the cabin every morning. My wife and I had coffee while enjoying the great view, we made smore's in the firepit and grilled on several occasions. The nearby town Ellicottville was slow paced and had some very enjoyable restaurants (winery, brewery, and Dina's), Niagara falls was close by. Overall the property was fantastic and……
