"Rooms were large and clean. We were on the first floor which was great! Pool area was clean but I did find it strange that towels for the pool area were not provided. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast on Saturday was very disappointing. There was no batter provided for the waffle maker. The sausage gravy was not good at all. And there were ants climbing all over our table. Thankfully I didn’t see any near the food. Maybe it was just the table we chose. However, we decided our second morning to skip breakfast at the hotel and went next door to Huddle House which was delicious! Overall, it was a good stay for the value. Very quiet and close to where we needed to be."

"Compared to where we had stayed the night before, this was great! Clean room, it is older but you can tell they take strides to keep clean and well maintain. Staff was friendly, ckeck in easy. Beds were a little soft for me, but clean."

"We enjoyed our family retreat at this amazing property. The space was ample and very comfortable for our family of 12. The spacious rooms were neat, clean and welcoming. Family gathering areas on the main floor, and lower levels including dining area, kitchen and balconies were spacious and very well appointed. Bedrooms and baths also were comfy and accessible for all ages. The grandkids especially enjoyed the lower level for games and we had a family movie night there as well. A very welcoming decor extended throughout this beautiful home. It truly makes one feel at home, away from home. Beautiful views from all balconies were amazing. I've never stayed at another VRBO that was so perfectly appointed! Our host was wonderful. Easy to communicate with from our initial reservations, throughout our stay and up to check out. Excellent information was provided throughout the property regarding appliances, trash management, safety issues, first aide, local services, history of the region; as well as, local points of interest, dining and entertainment. I would strongly recommend a visit to this property for travelers of any age and group size as described in the listing. I hope we can visit again, perhaps in the fall. "Great everything! Great property, great host, close launching ramp access and close to Lake Cumberland. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Everything was clean. The back deck was my happy place. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely return."

"Yes, staff was good , the room was clean it was a little dated . I had a accessible room but it really wasnt wheelchair friendly but we made the most of it . Hvac worked fine."

"the hosts are very friendly and helpful. the cabin was excellent and very clean and comfortable. the fishing in the lake is tremendous. i caught and released more fish at their lake than i have caught my whole life combined. and the ducks are a joy to watch. the free boat is nice touch. it is so quiet and peaceful at this lake cabin. we slept very well. we hated to leave. we will go back soon. we highly recommend this vacation getaway to anyone who wants to relax and have peace and quiet. thank you and have a pleasant day. mike and deb p.s. the cabin is fully stocked with the essentials and many extras."
