“Our room was wonderful! The room/bathroom was very clean as was the dining area, the mansion and the grounds. The beds were very comfortable. The owners and staff are very friendly. I will definitely stay here again. It’s tucked away in a quiet area of town/not far from Route 6 and town/gas station/stores. The breakfast was delicious every morning. Excellent stay!”

“Only had smoker room available. Holes in sheets, shower dripping, sign in the bathroom in Spanish, and stains on everything.”

“The hotel and room are in pretty roughshape, and the towels all had some staining on them, and there was a smallstain on the bedsheets. The property itself was okay, although the parking lot had cones in it for travelers to avoid hazards. There were a lot of chemicals used to clean the room (perhaps because they allow pets?), and I ended up with a migraine. Also, there were no quiet hours- guests were screaming, making weird noises, and slamming doors until at least 1 am. The staff was polite……

“The jet tub took at least a half hour to fill to where the jets kicked in, however the water never got above lukewarm! It took 5-10 minutes for the sink hot water to only get lukewarm! This was unacceptable, we couldn’t even take a shower in lukewarm water! There were communication issues with Expedia and The Hazeltine Owner, not responding to our messages.”

“Shower wall seemed to have some type of mold under bottom corner soap tray. Otherwise, everything was excellent!”

“I had a two queen bed room booked back in the winter. I checked in at 9pm and they oversold and stuck us on first floor in a handicap with one king bed. Curtain was broken and couldn’t close all the way. Staff worker at front desk was rude and said it was because I booked with Expedia and next time do it direct. Manager was nice and tried to help. Worker was not kind at all and made it seem like it was my fault. Very disappointing considering we had 4 people and one king bed. ”

“Arrived at the hotel at the midnight. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is basic but provides all the things you need.Good place for a one night stay.”

“This is a very new hotel and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful when they see us are having a baby traveling with us. I would definitely stay here when I come to Jamestown next time! ”

“Room was clean but in need of repairs. Better cleaning in bathroom. Hallway carpets were disgusting! Breakfast was good and area was clean. Plenty of parking.”
