Summary:
Bring the whole family or group of friends to this great cottage with lots of space for fun! Enjoy the open dock if bringing a boat with patio seating and fireplace right on the water. Also you could relax and soak up the sun or cast a line out on the lake. Inside the cottage you will enjoy 180 degree views of the lake, a large gas fireplace, games for all ages, a built-in bar, and a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. This spacious cottage has multiple areas for your guests to enjoy!

The Neighborhood:
In the Waterbury neighborhood of Indian Lake. Short drive to restaurants and shops in Russells Point.

Getting Around:
Please note limited parking- 3 average size vehicles comfortably fit.

Excellent Property! Has everything you need!

Ian is a great host! Property was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, organized and had plenty of cabinet space for our groceries. Beds were comfortable. Nice living room with plenty of comfortable seating that can be used as a pullout bed. Boat dock/slip was very nice and well maintained. They went the extra mile with complementary beach towels to use, plenty of life jackets, kayaks and a great hot tub. House is located at the end of a narrow peninsula, You have room to park 3 cars.

The house was very nice and laid out well for our needs. The location was great. We felt that the house had not been checked for cleanliness and that everything was in working order prior to our arrival. Had issue with the toilet not working upon our arrival. The host did arrive the next day and repaired it.
