「They provide very good service and try to cater our needs. There’s little problem with the air-conditioner and the hotel staff tried their best to change room for us to make us having a good stay. Room amenities are good. Aqua di parma cream and shower gel. Handy location to the city center where you can find good places to eat out, cafe or shopping. 「A unique property with its own fascinating, and sometimes dark, history. The design of the building is strikingly elegant. For the first time, I enjoyed a hotel room with a ten-foot ceiling, casement windows and four-ply toilet paper (good for wiping or a rough draft of your memoirs. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was made to feel at home. P.S. Do not scrimp on the breakfast buffet.」

「Ubetjent resepsjon fungerte veldig bra på dette stedet. Imponerende løsning. Leiligheten var veldig fin og stor. Godt utstyrt, og behaglige senger. Det var varmt, og det var ikke airconditioning i leiligheten, men det løste vi med å sette opp gjennomtrekk mellom rommene. Var en del støv og skit under sengene, men ellers var leiligheten i veldig god stand. Hit kommer vi gjerne tilbake.」

「Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig in der Innenstadt, ist sowohl vom Bahnhof aus als auch mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen (eigene Garage). Die Zimmer sind großzügig, hell und freundlich. Nicht empfehlenswert sind die Zimmer an der Goethestraße. Die dort von früh morgens bis spät in die Nacht in kurzen Abständen fahrenden Straßenbahnen sind sehr laut, der Raum vibriert. Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter gab uns nach einer sehr unruhigen Nacht dort ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof.」

「因為我參加當地的文化節，我訂酒店個陣，見到有間好似平平地(3位數每日)，而且有24小時健身室，有浴缸，咁正喇! 我訂個陣都未正式開(其實我住個段時間，都未正式開)，無其他遊客的comment都好正常。所以咪貪平貪gym，咪訂囉。到去個陣，真係嚇了一跳，間酒店外邊居然地盤咁，好辛苦係大廈旁邊找到門口入去，不過入到去其實正正常常很舒適，房間隔音好好，係燈光暗暗地。浴缸好舒服，趕完 SHOW or 做完運動，浸完好舒服，牀都舒服好舒服。24小時健身室好方便，特別音樂節有D會夜到凌晨先完，返到酒店都可以做運動。如果啞鈴可以多一些重D就好。 (不過有時入錯門，地盤工人會話地盤範圍，唔比入。不過如果建造完成了，這間是很舒適的酒店。)」
