“Really nice stay overall. The hotel is in a perfect central spot, but still quiet at night. My room was clean and had a warm, cozy feel. Staff were helpful — when I needed to send a package, they gave me directions and even helped with translation. Mornings on the terrace with black coffee and fresh bread were a great way to start the day.”

“We really like our room 302 with an amazing view.
Everything was clean and very tightie. We didn't have any issues with check in or noises even tho the hotel is located next to restaurants. AC worked perfectly all 4 days we stayed here. And room service was every other day. The staff as we friendly and informative. I have nothing negative to say. ”

“We booked eight days in rooms hotel of Georgia ,four days in
Tbilisi,four days in Kazbegi,but it is a terrible experince.
We booked the car in your hotel ,but the local stuff and the local diver are one group, they cheat travellers .we paid them
400 GEL ,but when we got on the car the driver said it was not
enough,he put us in a Marshurka bus station and wanted more 150 GEL .The driver found many his driver friends to arround us ,to ask more money and to give us pressure.
It is a terrible……

“Communication with the hotel prior to arrival was exceptional. The hotel staff showed great kindness and were highly accommodating, making me feel welcomed and valued as part of their family.
The location is excellent, just steps away from the Old Town. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and completely quiet from external noise, featuring a comfortable bed, mini-fridge, and kettle.
Breakfast was outstanding-fresh, delicious, and offered a commendable variety.
