“Staffs are not very friendly. Terrible check-in. Cannot find my booking but was not keen to help, turned out it's the system upgrade issues but no apologies. ”

“The hotel is great. The only aspect I would suggest to improve is hot water is not so hot. We feel a little bit cold when taking shower.”

“Como llegue temprano, guardaron mi equipaje hasta que la habitación estuviera lista y al entregármelo faltaba mi mochila con ropa, dinero y joyas dentro. En el hotel no hicieron responsables y dicen que no se ve nada en el vídeo grabado por las cámaras de seguridad. Nunca hubiera esterado esto de esta cadena. Por otro lado, dicen que se incluye el traslado al aeropuerto pero no te recogen en el hotel sino que tienes que desplazarte con todo tu equipaje hasta una oficina a 300 metros”

“It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code.”

“Very old house being renovated as guest house. Long way to go. Minimum Staff operations. Terrible experience!”

“I booked this place thru expedia for 3 nights, and stayed there for 2 nights, the third day I flipped the pillow and almost vomited when I saw the dirt and the black hair on the pillow, then i looked under the cover and saw tiny little pieces of dirt and black hair. Also on a second day while sitting in my room locked there was somebody knocking and trying to open the door very agressively saying that he brought me the keys. The place is refusing the refund and an apology.”

“Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service ”

“The bathroom was a mess and back up, the entire rooms smell like urine and the towel were dirty the bed linen cause me to end up at the doctor after leaving the property. The experience was awful.”

“I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. ”

“This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this.”
