"Room was adequate. Ac was good. TV did not function well was blurry. Ice machine non functional, no ice. When i called down to night manager, he came up & called technician, i was told to turn tv off for 10 minutes. I did that however when he called me back & i said tv was the same & i asked for a room change, he tried to get around it by saying the tech said the entire hotel had the same experience. The next morning i asked for an ice machine local, same manager said in the bkfst area. When i entered the bkfst area tit was filthy. Had mot been cleaned at all"

"This is a beautiful newly updated hotel. Quiet and convenient. The only issue we had was figuring out how to get to the entrance - both Apple Maps and Google Maps gave incorrect directions (likely due to airport construction). Definitely eat at the rooftop restaurant- we watched a beautiful sunset over the Nashville skyline."

"When we arrived we were informed of a 5.00 charge to park. The TOTAL charge to park is 6.59!! The 5.00 is the fee, then 1.00 SERVICE CHARGE, AND THEM .59 CENTS FOR TAX. What a scam. Very erroneous of them to say $5.00 to park at the hotel. The 1st room they gave us smelled of smoke. Once this was verified, they upgraded our room to a suite. Nice of them."

"It was a good location. Close to the airport for a one night stay but the tile baseboards in the bathroom could use a good scrubbing. And probably needs a good detailed wall washing and carpet cleaning. If I had stayed there my whole stay… I would have changed hotels. The pool is there but would not put a foot in that. The staff were superb though!! I was able to leave my luggage there for the whole day while I adventured"
