「The house had everything that we needed for five guys on a golf trip. House was clean and had all the essentials. The hot tub and pool table were nice features. The only thing I would say is a slight negative was the kitchen just a little on the small side compared to others we’ve rented in the area. Also, if you will be using the basement bedrooms, the floors on the first floor are squeaky all around the house. So a little distracting for the guys in the basement rooms. 「Very clean property, as advertised in the listing and pictures are representative of the space. Well-stocked kitchen with an abundance of amenities. Close to nature - saw a male bear the first night right in the backyard. Location is close to Lake Lure Beach and Chimney Rock town. The area is still slowly rebuilding following Hurricane Helene damage and flooding. This rental property is in fantastic condition with no issues or access challenges.」
