「房間很舊， 都算整潔」

「Location is great. Hote Is basic as reflected in price as well as reviews. Restaurant at hotel was terribly understaffed - only one chef. Took an hour and 20 mins for food to arrive. Secondly, there was no daily cleaning or towel change and was not mentioned clearly.」

「The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO.」

「Rooms clean, gym had everything for a usual gym goer, food was really good, but pricy but you get what you pay for. Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly. Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much. Jacuzzi was really nice. Overall, would reccomend and visit again. 」

「Just a hotel for our short stay in the way to Wales. Location beside the high way and only can buy foods from the petrol station nearby. Standard design of Holiday inn hotel group」

「The family room was good and comfortable with such reasonable price. it was feeling free to stay here as most of the thing were self served, such as breskfast and using the kitchen to cook! The city was beautiful and we enjoy stay here very much.」

「The house is very dated, the beds were uncomfortable, the rubbish bins outside were overflowing. The listing states a hot tub and the photos show that that’s what drew us to book but upon arrival there wasn’t one ! The staff on the phone were rude when they called to complain about our parking, we wasn’t even in at the time. They didn’t even ask if everything was ok with the stay. Would I recommend it no !」

「Valentines evening with overnight stay. Check in easy, mostly done online prior to arrival. Room was good size and very clean, hotel situated along side of busy A55, but road noise in room was minimal. Had small lunch and then dinner in the evening, the service from Heather was excellent, full of smiles and attentive, even though it was busy with the amount of staff they had on serving. She just gave that little bit extra that made you feel well looked after and that she care about your...
