"Room was not clean, plastic over the smoke alarm, toilet paper stuck in the peephole. Bathroom ick. The staff were all wonderful, super friendly. "

We had to change rooms because our first room condition was so awful. There is no way that this hotel should be rated an "8.0". As a result, I will never stay in another Quality Inn & Suites. "
