「Staff made this a very terrible experience. Niece was attacked and beat-up by her MOM, then kicked out the house. I Purchased a safe place for her to stay and hotel staff cancelled the room reservation, instead of calling me directly, to inquire further. I am also requesting a full-refund. I also would like to share visual evidence & a cell phone video of that fight incident. 」

「Reserved a handicap accessible room. No walk in shower, no hand held shower head. No seat in shower/tub. Had to close door to get to toilet. Room still had trash in cans. Told this was their only accessible room. Was traveling with wheelchair bound person. 」

「Check in and parking were easy, staff was great, the only issue I had is the floor was filthy. Walking barefoot for 2 minutes and the bottom of my feet were black. I wipped the floor with wet wipes just to have clean feet after the shower. 」

「we had an issue with housekeeping on the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay when she took all towels and did not replenish and left the trash cans on the desk and counter, then another time i ran into her in the morning to find out what time she would be coming in to clean, she stated around 4pm but she never cleaned it. I addressed it with front desk and manager and was assigned a new housekeeper who did a wonderful job from 4th-8th day of our stay.」

「I booked a room on expedia, but when I actually arrived at the hotel, the rude staff told me that there was no room, I was rejected and had to check in at another hotel. The money I paid has not been refunded to me, it's terrible」

「This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was extremely dirty where I had to go out and get my own cleaning supplies to even feel comfortable in the room. Multiple things were broken or damaged in the room. The laminate flooring is coming up and a roach crawled out from underneath it. The refrigerator was gross. There were cigarette burn marks throughout the entire room. The tv did not work at all. The toilet wasn’t secure to the ground and the bathtub had mold all...
