We welcome you to our home. It is the perfect Villa from which to explore Rzeszow! It features a custom spacious interior design with exposed brick and natural wood elements through-out.

The bathroom of our home is designed with wood and natural stone, creating a very cosy atmosphere. In winter you can enjoy the heated floor.

The Villa is very spacious; you have access to 250m2, with large garden at the front and rear of the house. You have access to 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms depending on the booking.

The rear of the house is a beautiful view overlooking the peaceful rural suburbs, while the front of the house overlooks the city. The house is off the main road so there is no car traffic. It is quiet, yet is easily accessible.

Downstairs guests have access to a large living space with an open Kitchen & generous dining space with oak dinning table and six chairs. In the West wing is the cosy master bedroom with a super king size bed (180X200) and ensuite bathroom. The bed has a luxury mattress from the brand Eve.

Upstairs, guests have access to a professional Life Fitness Cross-trainer, Life Fitness Gymn and a Lounge with a ceiling 4.5 meters tall!

There is space to park 3 cars within the front compound. Additional guest cars may park outside the front gate.

There is free Fibre Hi-speed wifi throughout the house (300MB/s), and you have access to other amenities like iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

In the Kitchen, there is tea & coffee plus cooking pans, rice cooker and an orange juicer. The kitchen of course has a Fridge and Dishwasher.

You have all the basics to cook with, plus coffee and a few types of teas.

Next to the Villa you can also find a few attractions:
