“the owner is very nice and detailed to explain the check in procedue. You can park your car at 5th floor with access card. the location is very good and convinence where the shopping mall just below the stay. 1 thing shall be improved is the funitures were aged but still valueable, especially for a family or friends.”

“Fin lys lejlighed med de fasciliteter, der var lovet. Madrasser og hovedpuder var dog hårde og så var poolen under vedligehold hele vores 3 dages ophold. Havde faktisk valgt det bla. pga. den. Ejeren kunne ikke gøre noget ved det eller tilbyde kompensation. Kommunikationen med ham var ellers god, svarede lynhurtigt på WhatsApp.”

“A very convenient check in process as the owners arranged a private transfer. The apartment is on the small side but perfectly suitable for 2 couples or a family of four. The kitchenette has a hob, kettle and a microwave but not much else. This was not a problem for us as we ate out as local restaurants are plentiful and cheap. The apartment was superficially clean but would benefit from a deep clean of the kitchenette and bathrooms. There is a rooftop infinity pool and adjacent bar/restaurant.……

“We stayed at an alternate property because the advertised one wasn’t ready. However, the owner notified us well in advance. The condo was quiet and the air conditioning worked. We only had 2 towels for 4 people. For the price paid it was a good value and not too far from the airport. Good as a jumping off point for our tour”

“房子的位置很好，靠近海边（当然看不到景）旁边就是商场也有海鲜食街。房间还算大，但沙发有好大的污迹我根本不敢坐，应该铺个沙发巾既美观又好打理。厕所很大但灯泡不够亮感觉有点阴森。所以整体评价是3星，不太推荐。”

“Very spacious and good location.There was a good swimming pool and gym. The service is by phone and someone came around very quickly to help. This place was better than a hotel for our family because we got more room and good facilities and did not need a hotel restaurant or reception area.”

“Worth the money as 2 bed room for 2 nights can stay up to 5 people. Property condition was understandable not perfect but not that bad. Free parking (1 car park), 1 set of access card. The location was easy to find food from G floor, got grocery shop and shopping centre across the street. The unit I got not include microwave. Contact PIC easy and fast reply.”

“Review for semporna Summary: Horrible condition. Dirty, not organized and disgusting. We walked in, the fridge, the rice cooker and rubbish bins were not clean, in fact there were food left in them and has mold all over, inside the fridge, on the dishes etc. Couldn’t unsee all the disgusting leftovers left in the fridge and kitchen. The kitchen not to mention was disgusting. Coffee stain on the kitchen top, table, cabinet, it was sticky, brown and just disgusting. Then the floor, bathroom……

“位置方面，鄰近centre point，方便兌換外幣或報本地團，又近菲律賓市場，方便搵食及購買紀念品。 房間方面，我們訂的是三房一廳單位，確實可以瞓足八人，很闊落，冷氣夠，熱水足。 衞生方面，曾出現甴曱及四腳蛇，毛巾比較殘舊，亦沒有牙膏牙刷提供，要自備，需扣分。 此外，該處一樓有游泳池，環境及水質良好，不用房匙便可進入，屈蛇都可以去，又夠大，可加分。 以這個價錢來說，已算超值，但要適當接受缺點，此外，服務員是有禮的，但她應該不是長駐該處，故必須預先跟她交換電話，以便支援及相約check in and out的時間”

“裝修很符合Hello Kitty 的氛圍，女兒進去就發出一聲驚呼，但廚房水龍頭搖晃，睡覺翻身床板便嘎吱作響。共三房雙衛，還有一個停車位。訂房時附帶早餐，這是最大的騙局，只有幾包咖啡粉，其他什麼都沒有。入住交接鑰匙後，便人影全無，如果這種態度經營民宿的話，還是免了吧！”
