“Our group of 11 to 13 humans, ages 11 to 81, and 1 dog had a great time at this location for 6 days. The lake was nice for swimming, tubing, knee boarding, & fishing. The yard is large & we used the firepit several nights. The large deck with the grill & Blackstone was an excellent place for meals and for our annual family talent show. The dog enclosure was nice to have. Enough room for sleeping lots of people is always challenging. I can see how 15 people could fit if all the living room……

“I will return. I could have stayed longer. It was a nice respite from a stressful life. Hosts were amazing. Extremely accommodating! My dog loved being able to swim (and chase sticks - finally learned to bring them back to the beach) every day. I think it helped that the hosts left a container of the training cookies. And they left a dog bowl, which I forgot. The wood stove was perfect for keeping us warm at night and when my dog was a still chilly after her swims. Again, I will return!”

“I absolutely loved my stay on the island. I stayed in the little floating house, which was magical. I loved feeling the water underneath the bed as I napped and drifted to sleep. The sunset from the little porch, overlooking the water, was exquisite. The hammock game was strong! There were two at my site alone! Everything was clean and easy. Kent was a wonderful host, and I really enjoyed talking to him and learning more about the sustainability project itself! The team was responsive and so……

“The cookware mentioned in the description consisted of one tiny pot with no lid and one frying pan. The "stovetop" was a Coleman gas stove. The refrigerator drained the battery for the generator, so we couldn't use it reliably. We are experienced backwoods campers, so if we had known all of this, we would have brought our own cookset, and food that did not require refrigeration. Otherwise, it was fun for us to experience "glamping." Aaron was very responsive to messages and eager to help with……
