「The stuff are nice, they are really helpful! 」

「We stayed here through our timeshare RCI. Our friends also stayed and booked through hotels.com. Our room was a little run down but theirs was very nice. They were greeted with a welcome basket but we received nothing in our room. Disappointed that it felt like we were treated differently because of our timeshare booking. The breakfast and dinner was wonderful. We were never disappointed with the food or the staff. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.」

「Sadly our flights were cancelled due to the UK Air Traffic Control technical issue on Sep 8. All flights were impacted. Our rebooked flight was also cancelled. I contacted Expedia to see if they could contact the hotel and explain our situation. Expedia spoke to Mateo who advised Expedia that he could not cancel the reservation and issue a credit. While I completely understand that this was last minute but it was due to a very unfortunate issue in the UK.」

「The room is spacious and clean. But there is no cleaning service for staying less than 7 nights, and the sofa bed is sagged and uncomfortable. It is close to tram stop, so it’s convenient but noisy at night. 」

「Very disappointed with my stay. Upon arrival, the host asked me to pay an additional 100 euros for city tax and service fee, even though those were included in my original payment. He waited for me to make that payment and only then provided the door code. The property looked very different from the photos shown on Expedia. The listing showed carpets, flowers, candles, and a beautiful Bohemian style chandelier, but none of these were there when we arrived. The curtains did not provide adequate...

「Nice room, good air con, good location Close to Spanish Steps. However, there are 3 different sites so you are not sure which you get. It is difficult to navigate back cos the link diection is to reception. Also, reception suppose to open frm 10 to 5pm. However it was closing at 3.30pm which give us a difficulty as our luggage was delayed and they had difficulty getting it delivered. In the end we had to go to the airport to collect it, causing lots of inconveniemce」
