The backyard is professionally landscaped with beautiful long distant mountain range views. Cool off in the aquamarine swimming pool, with underwater pool light. A 10' sun deck caters to your small children and lets them enjoy a shallow place to play. Perfect for stargazing & super close to Live Music venues.

The Layout
Exceptionally well laid out, there's a bedroom on each corner of the house. Open concept great room, kitchen and dining area with 20' vaulted ceilings, upscale decor & 2 sets of french doors that overlook the pool, entertainment area and poolside Cabana. The entire house has cool stained concrete floors.
Living Room
The western great room has 3 large, plush leather sofas. Smart TV can be seen in the kitchen and dining area as well. Floor-to-ceiling white rock, wood burning fireplace with custom leather cushion seating across the entire fireplace for added bench seating.
Kitchen
Chefs will love the easy flow kitchen that's fully equipped & well stocked with everything you need to prepare family sized meals. Custom tall cabinetry, tile counters and white rock kitchen island with barstools that seats 6. Both regular drip & keurig coffee makers, with complimentary coffee pods & coffee filters.
Dining Areas
Lots of dining spaces. There's a large sturdy, custom dining room table inside that seats 8 and 6 counter bar stools, while outside there's 3 additional poolside dining tables perfect for al fresco dining!

All bedrooms are extra large & spacious with upscale furniture. Two bedrooms overlook the pool with the master bedroom has it's own exterior door to the pool & private covered seating.

King size bed, upscale furnishings, wainscotting on the walls and a twin trundle bed for little ones. This large bedroom has a spacious jack & jill bathroom with separate double sinks & toilet & shower behind another door.
Poolside Bedroom 3
Views of the pool & mountains, this large bedroom is a perfect family retreat w/ 2 Queen beds, upscale furnishings, (2) custom matching wooden benches to hold your luggage & comfy matching upholstered chair for resting. Shares large jack & jill bathroom.
Bedroom 4
Large, cool bedroom that has (2) sets of Full /Full bunk beds, with upscale decor and antique dresser. Ensuite bath.
