「The size of the room is pretty small, it looks different with the picture, the service are ok, the room is cleaned, but simple, nothing luxury,the receptionist girl is so so, the breakfast offer is good and hot, but some fly are flying around whenI was eating. If the car park is full you have to park your car outside of the street all night, after I knew this, I complained and they offer me to park another car parking (imagine if I just accepted to park on the street ), I ask the receptionist if...

「Some rooms are too near to the street and you can hear all the noise of the passing vehicles and people, which will make you hard to sleep. During my stay, things got worse as a group of drunk folks were shouting at the street at 3:00 AM and it lasted for one hour keeping me awake for the whole time. No one came and stopped these guys. So always check the room before booking it.」

「El hotel es un lugar comodo y muy limpio con un excelente servicio al cliente, desde el hotel se puede caminar al parque central e ir a los museos o restaurantes, es un area segura, calles bien iluminadas por la noche, si vuelvo a tener la oportunidad de visitar la Antigua me volveria a quedar ahi.」

「I loved the fact that the property had a very colonial feel/sight to it. The property was within walking distance of the famous Arch, City Center, and restaurants. The area was quite safe, and guests really got a feel for what it must have felt like to live there during the Spanish invasion of Guatemala. 」
