“在我抵達時因為已經快深夜了，我非常累，我住的是二樓最後面的那間房，一開門，東西放了，我就準備睡覺，一晚上一直覺得身邊癢，因為太累也不想起床，想說可能是蚊子？？隔天早上一起床看，差點被嚇到，因為全身被咬了快30包，不是蚊子咬，因為我有蓋棉被，蚊子不會咬到，癢到受不了，想說去買藥來擦，去拿包包，結果也發現一張空床上有一堆黑點點聚集，我不知那是什麼也不想知那是什麼，走到櫃臺，我只能說我要換房，因為我懷疑有蚊子，被咬到受不了，櫃臺也讓我換房，去了藥房，給對方看傷口，對方拿了一瓶藥膏給我擦，幸好有止癢一點，雖然我已回國快三個星期，可是我的傷口還是沒好，唉！！”

“After spending an hour looking for the place, I found a nice underground room with a huge bed. The address in the e-mail is incorrect, Casa Quetzalli needs to correct or remove it. The instructions (which I only received after I arrived) had the correct details.”

I booked this place and the advertised price for the room more than doubled for the last 3 nights- I didn’t even know until I checked my receipt for why the total was so high. When I asked the host about this they were so incredibly rude and cancelled my reservation at 9pm the night I was supposed to arrive while I was on a shuttle to Antigua during semana santa when there were barely any places to stay. I asked them not to and said we can figure it out but they……
