“Check in was smooth but I was given a room with a door to another room and I got to lie in bed listening through the door to very loud sex. Not ideal. ”

“This is a very, very cool place. The history and story is remarkable and the environment is a total throwback. I had breakfast and dinner and both were very good. The cocktails Nathan crafted for me were wonderful and it was a pleasure to chat with him and other patrons. Now, it's a historic paddlewheeler; not a sparkling new cruise ship. So, it's got patina -- everywhere. But that's the whole charm of it. Loved the views across the water, the relaxing water, and even the sea lions barking at……

“The room was clean, the staff was nice, and the complimentary breakfast had decent options. It was cute, and seems like a great place to have a wedding. I thought we'd have a problem with noise, since it is an old house, but the other guests were very courteous, and it was pretty quiet throughout our stay.”

“Location very close to Old Sacramento and Rail Museum. Not much restaurant around the hotel. Hotel staffs helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was nice. ”
