“Stanza non adeguata al livello dell’hotel. Umida e fredda, se si spegneva l’aria condizionata si bagnava il soffitto. Abbiamo dormito in lenzuola completamente umide. Dovevamo pernottare solo una notte, altrimenti avrei richiesto un cambio stanza. Disponibilità ma non troppa: abbiamo richiesto di poter lasciare l’auto nel parcheggio anche dopo il check-out ma ci è stato negato per l’arrivo di altri ospiti, peccato che il check-in è alle 15 e noi l’avremmo ripresa alle 14.”

The hotel and the room were beautiful and spotless - and the shower has to be one of the best hotel showers of all time! Great stay!”

“Alberto and Simona are not just incredible people, but incredible hosts too. They go above and beyond to help and assist, offering as much as they can to give you the best possible experience. They even offered a shuttle to take me and my girlfriend for the local village, saving us money on taxi's as we didn't have a car. The 6 nights I stayed with my girlfriend felt like home, mostly due to the way the family made us feel. The breakfast: delicious and custom, the view: I cannot describe it……

“Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage in Stresa, wir hatten direkten Blick mit Balkon auf den See. Allerdings gestaltet sich die Parkplatzsuche dadurch etwas schwieriger. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft sowie die Zimmer werden mit einem Code geöffnet was gut und einfach funktioniert. Bei dem Frühstuck in der dazugehörigen Bar gab es eine Auswahl an Croissants sowie einem weiteren Gericht. (Sandwich oder Granola Yoghurt…) Rundum eine schöne,……

“The best thing about this hotel was the staff: lovely, helpful, welcoming, it was one of the best stays we’ve experienced. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and above all, our deep gratitude to the owner, Renzo. The hotel is right across Villa Fedora park and beach, and the view from the room was fantastic. Our room was clean and kept so everyday, breakfast was delicious (with lots of choices). Definitely recommend!”
