I had a lovely experience at the Marriott Saddle Brook, especially with Susana and Sharlyn at the breakfast service and restaurant. They are very friendly and professional. Excellent service and friendly staff, I would stay here again.
We visited Saddle Brook for DreamWorks Water Park, and the hotel was conveniently located near the mall. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet at night, providing a comfortable and restful sleep.
In all the time I’ve been coming to the Mario, I’ve never had such a great experience as I did this last time\. The front desk representative was extremely professional and friendly, and he helped me so much with both my check\-in and check\-out\. I give him 100 out of 100\! Excellent service\!
We stayed at the Marriott Saddle Brook for 2 nights. The property is clean, renovated, and overall well maintained. The room was decent, and the bed was okay. However, the rooms were not cleaned during our stay, and the soundproofing was poor. We could hear a lot of noise from the hallway, which was quite disturbing at times. Breakfast was not included, and parking was paid. Overall, it was a good stay, but there is room for improvement when it comes to housekeeping and noise control.
First time stay in Marriot, Family of three. My husband myself and my 12 yo son. All nice and neat. Parking is separate cost $20 expensive but we were there already.
I had a very lengthy stay in July! Everything was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The bed and linens are top of the line and the restaurant has very good choices for dinner. All in all, a complete 5 stars!!
From the friendly and helpful stays, the well appointed rooms, the convenient parking and excellent food, this hotel has become my go to for a comfortable stay and a reasonable price!
The room was very clean and the staff was nice but $20 for the breakfast buffet felt like highway robbery, and since when did we start having to pay for paying for parking when staying at a Hotel? I think all of these things should be part of the stay.
For a Marriott, my stay was very disappointing. The smell walking down the hallway to your room is where it started from. Bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned from the previous stay. Room isn’t as spacious like shown in the pictures. The AC makes a really loud sound throughout and only stops when you turn it off.
Positives: The front desk staff were nice and there’s plenty of parking.
