"Location is AMAZING! But this hotel is truly only if you need a mattress to sleep on. Even then the mattress is thin. The bed frames are wobbly and they creak at every movement. The room are in need of a deep clean for sure but it wasn’t crazy bad. No fridge no counters other than 2 small side tables. Room are small!!! Barely any room to walk and my bf kept bumping into the tv while leaving the room. ——— So I would recommend if all you need is a bed to sleep on and like to be right on Times Square. Other than that I would look for another hotel."

"The bed is not that comfortable and the heater/AC is not working properly. It goes so cold then turns into heat that I keep on adjusting the temperature. Did not have a good rest at all. A guy tried to fix it but to no avail. The fridge is so small that a 12 oz sofa will not fit in. Worst of all the bathroom curtain was so short that when I showered it splashed to the floor outside. Worst of all the Expedia is not good to book a reservation. When I book 2 nights they only booked one night with a double price and when I called the hotel I don’t have my name and uteri art as it was so called provided by Expedia. It’s a nightmare and never again to trust them with my booking."
