"Lo mejor es la ubicación, está literalmente a 1 minuto de Times Square, desde las ventanas de las habitaciones se puede apreciar el destello de las luces. Buena zona, con movimiento constante de gente a cualquier hora.
Las habitaciones son bastante mas pequeñas de lo que parece en las fotos, la primera habitación estaba en la segunda planta y se escuchaba bastante el ruido de la calle; nos cambiamos de habitación ya que una tubería del wc se estropeó. La segunda habitación exactamente igual pero...

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
6/10 Okay
"Great locale, but the room and the hotel are in various stages of disrepair. Duct tape holding down carpets, HVAC didn't work (staff helped a little), sink leaked, no fridge, noisy halls with poor sound-proofing, and the elevators are controlled by a crazy set of panels that may or may not work. "

Hampton Inn New York Times Square
4/10 Poor
"The hotel is strategically located in the hub of all the tourist activities. Check in went smoothly since booking was done through Expedia (March 9th to 13th 2026) however, the drawbacks included:
1) Rooms are not sound proof. Further, the central air conditioning is very noisy and is extremely disruptive during the automatic startup intervals to cool the room. Sounds like being in a machine shop.
2) The room had a faulty shower door which led to water spilling out whilst bathing; the effect has been to cause the bathroom door itself to become swollen after becoming water soaked. The bed cover blanket was obviously worn out; the linens need to be revamped.
2) Booking was extended at the front desk the night before and further confirmed in the morning. Promptly, at 11:00 hours, the check out time for the previous booking, the housekeeping staff came knocking at our room door to marshall us out. I indicated that our booking has been extended and you should check with the front desk about the details; her response was to tell me she is just doing her job and left hastily and unapologetically. The interaction was very rude and distasteful.
3) Breakfast was included in our reservation. You are better off going to the nearby deli's for more substantive meal options. Further, more staff training is recommended since their conduct leaves much to be desired:unhelpful and rude.
4) No surprise, the courtesy of "thank you for staying with us" by front desk staff was remiss."

Hyatt Regency Times Square
8/10 Good
"I wanted so bad to give this a 5*. The staff was perfect in every way. The room was large in nyc standards and views were great! Quiet!!! The few misses… coffee not in room but can walk downstairs and pay $6 for one. I don’t like leaving my room for coffee in the early am. And my shower was a bit dirtier than prefer. But… room was so good could possible overlook for another stay. "

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
8/10 Good
"The New Yorker is perfectly located, especially for those of us who travel by train. The hotel has been renovated, but retains a lot of the original Art Deco decor. The room rates are reasonable for the location and comfort level of the property. The room was quite spacious, as I was offered a very attractive upgrade. The bed was comfortable; blackout shades were helpful. The bathroom was adequate, though a walk-in shower upgrade would have been appreciated over the old cast iron bathtub. Housekeeping was exceptional."

Hyatt Grand Central New York
2/10 Terrible
"Horrible hotel. Staff was rude when I complained about the fact that my room was 78 degrees and felt like an oven when I got in. Had to send someone to fix it and then it took 45 minutes for the room to cool off. To make matters worse, when I got in the shower to get ready for my business meeting, THERE WAS NI HOT WATER. I cannot believe I paid $370 to spend a night in that hotel! When I got angry with the clerk, the clerk told me I should not be directing my anger towards him as I made the reservation through Expedia! Not even a simple “we are sorry.” I am furious about this. Absolutely outrageous. "

Hotel St. James
8/10 Good
"This is such a convenient location for our Manhatten visit. Steps from Time Square close to the Theaters. Plenty of choices for food and entertainment. Convenient to use the public transportation."

Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square
6/10 Okay
"The hotel is showing its age and needs a good cleaning, the curtains were dirty and dusty but the windows could be opened to let in some air. The bed was comfortable. The staff was pleasant and the location was great."

The Lexington Hotel, Autograph Collection

"Yes was very pleasant "

Arlo Midtown
