"Fantastic stay at this property! Overall room quality, condition and design was above our expectations. The location itself was incredibly convenient, about a 2 minute walk (1 minute if you run; 3 minutes if you have a lot of luggage) from a public parking lot across from the hotel. It’s also cheap at 300 CZK per 24 hour period. Highly recommend this property to families as it is well stocked with most household items a family would need, and the location is safe and close to grocery stores. "

"Ein schöne reizvolle Natur mit dem Fichtelberg als Wanderziel. Erreichbar mit dem Zug, der zum Fichtelberg von der Dampflok gezogen wird. Besonders Eindrucksvoll weil der Zug quasi durch den Garten des Ferienhauses in 2m Entfernung rollt. Mit den Vermietern gab es netten Kontakt. An der Unterkunft gab es nichts auszusetzen, alles was benötigt wurde war vorhanden. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Vielleicht kommen wir noch einmal."

"Die Unterkunft hat für uns sehr gut gepasst, wir waren mit Hund in einem Appartment. Es liegt zentral, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Kolonaden. Das Treppenhaus wirkt zunächst bescheiden, das Appartment ist neu renoviert, großzügig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war während der Woche ok, zum Wochenende hin gab es leckere Sachen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief etwas problematisch, Hotels com hat geholfen, danke. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen."

"het verblijf was best oke . de plek was helemaal super! je bent zo op de piste en is goed aan te rijden. het huis zelf was erg gebrekkig, zo waren er best wat dingen die defect waren, kapotte vloer tegels, stopcontacten, slechte matrassen, douches waar je niet in kan staan. voor de rest staat er dat het huis en 2017 compleet gerenoveerd is maar dit is weer nodig . voor de rest is het huis zelf perfect voor gezinnen om te verblijven. wij hebben het erg leuk en gezellig gehad."

Die wunderbare Natur ist prima für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen geeignet, wobei leider das Wetter während unseres Aufenthalts regnerisch war. "Netter Empfang, schönes Haus abseits des Trubels, funktionale Ausstattung in allen Wohneinheiten gegeben. Einzig die sehr "ausgelatschte" lackierte Treppe mit überhöhter Rutschgefahr, sollte für Gäste mit Bewegungseinschränkungen überdacht werden. Ansonsten alles vorhanden, was man für ein Ferienhaus mit dieser Personenanzahl benötigt. Danke dem Housekeeping, sehr nett und zuvorkommend, haben uns noch einen Holzkohlegrill aus dem Nebengelass organisiert und Holz für die Feuerschale präpariert....

"Es waren rundherum schöne Urlaubstage. RudisWurzelwelt ist eine schöne Anlage für Kinder alle Altersgruppen. Leider kann man mit der Seilbahn aber nur am Wochenende hoch auf den Berg fahren. Das war für uns ein Minuspunkt."

"Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage im Holzhaus. Um Skifahren zu gehen, hat das Haus eine perfekte Lage. Wenn es der Schnee hergibt, kann man zwischen vielen verschiedenen Liften wählen. Die größten Skigebiete Klinovec und Plesivec waren nur 20min entfernt. Und am Nachmittag konnte man sich an dem schönen Pelletofen wärmen. Wir reisten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern. Wie in dem Haus 8 Erwachsene schlafen sollen, ist fragwürdig. Nichtsdestotrotz hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt."

Scharfe Messer in der Küche (mir als Koch ein inneres Lachsbrötchen) und genügend Bäder und Toiletten im ganzen Haus (bei 12 erwachsenen Männern Lebenswichtig!). "An IDEAL location!!! I could walk anywhere and felt like i was in the middle of it all, yet my room was perfectly quiet. The bed was super comfortable, very nice bathroom with a great soaking tub and fantastic view from my window. The breakfast was substantial. We had a wonderful stay!"
