“The washing machine malfunctioned in the middle of my cycle. She took my clothes and finished washing and drying them. Excellent staff. Typical hotel breakfast. Our room was updated and clean for the age of the hotel itself. Great value for the nightly rate.”

“All good. But certainly not worth the price for a quick Tuesday turn over for 12 hours and zero breakfast at 9:30 when web site clearly stated till 10”

“This had to be the worst check ever at a hotel. I booked through Expedia and PAID through Expedia I arrived at the hotel a little after 11 PM. The door was locked I could not get in. There was a sign that said pick up the phone and let them know you’re here, but there is no phone. The phone had been removed from the wall I knocked on the door trying to get the staffs attention. I used my cell phone to call the hotel to let them know I was trying to get in. Once I got in the lady tried to charge……

“when i arrived i received a nasty hotel room. The tub had not been cleaned and had pubic hairs all over it from someone else. The sheets were nasty and dirty with pubic hair on them floors was filthy black I was given another room when getting ready to check into that room my room had been sold to someone else so I was giving another room which was nasty and dirty so I didn’t want to continue the bounce all around so I took towels cleaning the floors wiping down, which was completely dirty and……

“Bathroom sink dirty, hairs in sink. No shampoo. Pillows terrible! Thin and wore out. No top sheet on bed.”

“No problems at all with the room. Checking in and out directions are not clear. The phone number provided is not the number we had to call. We realized this after stopping at the club house and asking around. If they weren't open, we would have never known how to check in because you have to talk to someone for the key. Other than that, everything was perfect.”
