Washer/Dryer; 2-car parking; ADT Security; Trash pick up included. 5-10 minutes to Bridgehampton, Southampton, Sagaponack and Watermill. 2 mins to Long Beach, 5 mins to Sag Harbor Village, 7 mins to Bridgehampton Commons; 3 mins to Cromer’s Market; Walk to Serene Green Farmers Market for coffee, produce, sandwiches, packaged meals, seafood, fresh cut flowers and more. Ideal location for all the Hamptons towns.
